Nicholas Chunias, CPA, Chief Executive Officer |
| Nick co-founded Apollo Commerce and
serves as CEO and COO. Nick has extensive
experience in finance and supply
chain management which he developed
in his previous career as a Director
in charge of compliance at Investors
Bank & Trust
Company and in his role as auditor
and consultant at Coopers & Lybrand. During the
past 6 years, Nick has applied these
skills in developing a completely
integrated supply chain management
solution for Apollo Commerce which
has enabled strategic partners to
benefit from the company's fully
automated third party fulfillment
program. Nick graduated from Boston
University in 1988 with a BSBA in
Accounting.

Robert Myhal, President |
| Bob co-founded Apollo Commerce and
serves as its President. Bob Myhal is
the author of the Ultimate Muscle Mass
Training Program , the Anabolic Nutrition
Program, and hundreds of articles on
bodybuilding, health, fitness, and nutrition.
A noted fitness expert and leading commentator
on the nutritional health
and supplementation, Bob's innovative
programs have helped thousands
of people achieve their fitness and physique
goals. Bob also has extensive expertise in web
site development, content creation and email marketing.
His professional experience includes
eight years of university teaching experience
at Boston College, the Massachusetts School of
Law, and the University of Connecticut. Bob is
a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Skidmore College,
with graduate degrees from Boston College and
the University of Connecticut.

Donovan Dunning, Chief Technology Officer |
| Donovan serves as the Chief Technology
Officer for Apollo Commerce. Donovan
has extensive programming experience
in multiple programming languages and
has been involved developing and managing
ecommerce solutions for the past 8 years.
Donovan also has extensive experience
with the Microsoft Business Solutions
platform and ecommerce solutions using
Microsoft technology. Donovan has also
developed all of the supply chain management solutions
for Apollo Commerce. His professional experience
includes three years as Lead Systems
Architect and Developer for a Microsoft
Business Solutions value-added reseller.

Kim McVane, Director of Business Development |
| Kim serves as the Director of Business
Development for Apollo Commerce. Kim
has extensive experience in business
to business relationship management and
logistics coordination for both domestic
and foreign clients. Her professional
experience includes eight years with
TJX Corp prior to joining Apollo Commerce
where she utilized her communication
and relationship skills to help successfully
implement over 200 new stores.

Brad Morin, Director of Client Services |
| Brad serves as the Director of Client Services for Apollo Commerce. Brad brings extensive professional experience in third party software solutions and client management to this position. Prior to joining Apollo Commerce, Brad spent six years with EMC Corp, where he served as Project Manager in charge of rolling out new cutting edge software offerings from this globally recognized corporation. Working directly with the development teams and following the project throughout its full life cycle, Brad learned first hand how great ideas often need to be reworked through the fulfillment and customer satisfaction process in order to become great products.
