The key information that we require to set up your account is as follows:
  • Signed services agreement
  • Business Tax ID number or Social Security # if a sole proprietorship
  • Payment of any upfront fees
  • Web address that you will be using (URL)
  • Signed ACH form to facilitate automatic payments of weekly billings
Do I have to purchase my own domain?

It is recommended that you have your own domain name (URL) and we can assist you in picking out and purchasing a domain name. However, this is not a requirement to participate in the program.
What address should the account set up fee and/or web development fees be sent to?

You can send all payments to our corporate offices. Please make sure any payments are made payable in U.S. currency and can be drawn on a U.S. Bank.

When do I get billed by Apollo Commerce and how do I make payments?

Apollo Commerce will bill you each Monday for orders shipped the previous week and will provide detailed billing reports. You then have until Thursday to review the weekly billing. We then collect this payment each Friday via an ACH transaction that automatically deducts the billed amount from your bank account and deposits it in our bank account. We will work with you to set up the ACH billing method at the time you execute the contract with Apollo Commerce.
As a member of the Healthy Commerce Program, can I purchase products for my personal use?

Yes you can. Simply place an order for yourself on your web site and we will process it like any other order and you will receive your standard discount or commission on your personal orders.
